It’s very cruel in a way….from when the human is young, everything’s been telling it that there’s something to get…and so, so much hope and investment in the imaginary movement forward built up. “You’ll get there”…”You’ll make it”…”You’ll get fulfillment in the career, in the partner, in enlightenment”

And so it can sound cruel to say to this hopeful human…”this is it”.
This is taking away its hopes and dreams of escaping.
This is taking away its life.

But “this is it” is freedom.
